Dale Covington, has been flying in the US longer than almost anyone. He was an already an instructor when most of the current instructors were just novices. His experience has distinguished him as being one of the most renowned instructors in the west. His calm demeanor, thoughtful decision making and his characteristically thorough instruction style set him apart from the rest.

His students have gone on to become instructors, tandem pilots, competition pilots and US Paragliding Team members. More importantly, there are countless Dale Covington students that have been flying safely over the years and who enjoy their paragliding to an extreme.
